Day 1 – Angkor Wat Temple

On the first day, you will visit Prasat Kravan with its unique brick sculptures and Ta Prohm. As being one of the most beautiful temples, Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched and mysterious. Unlike other monuments of Angkor, the temple was abandoned and swallowed by the jungle, looking like very much the ways most of the Angkor temples appeared when European explorers first stumbled upon them. You also visit Takeo, Chau Say Tevoda and Thommanon. In the evening, you have dinner and overnight at Prince d’Angkor Hotel.

Day 2 – Angkor Wat

You will have breakfast at the hotel then visit the most famous temple – Angkor Wat. The temple is well-known by its complex covering 81ha, which can be compared with the Imperial Palace in Beijing in size. At noon, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Later, you join a tour of visiting the ancient capital of Angkor Thom. Here, you will have a chance to contemplate the South Gate with its huge statues portraying the churning of the milk ocean, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and Bayon Temple. In the evening, you will have dinner at a local restaurant and stay overnight at Prince d’Angkor Hotel. During having dinner, you will enjoy Apsara, a traditional Khmer folk performance.

Day 3 – Siem Reap – Phnom Penh

You have breakfast at the hotel. After that, you visit Banteay Srei Temple, the jewel in the crown of Classical Khmer Art. Then, you will drop by Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples. At noon, you come back to the hotel and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will transfer to airport for the flight to Phnom Penh. When checking in hotel, you have free time to join a walking tour in the city and pop in a local market. In the evening, you have dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 – Phnom Penh – Chau Doc

In the morning, you will take part in a city tour in Phnom Penh. You will visit Wats Phnom, National Museum, Silver Pagoda and Royal Palace. In the afternoon, you will get on Douce Mekong Cruise to Chau Doc, Vietnam. In late afternoon, you arrive at Chau Doc and enjoy the cocktail drink on sundeck. Your diner is served on board. You will stay overnight on boat.

Day 5 – Long Xuyen – Can Tho – Tra On

After breakfast, you get on Douce Mekong Cruise to visit farms of fruits and fish. Also, you will visit Long Xuyen Floating Market to understand more about the life here. The local boat will take you to palmed-shaded creek to visit local old houses and lush green orchards. In late afternoon, the cruise sets sail to Can Tho and moors midstream for overnight.

Day 6 – Can Tho – Tra On – Mang Thit – Vinh Long

After having breakfast, you are taken to Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the busiest floating markets in Mekong River Delta. Visiting here, you can buy many things from fresh fruit to unique local specialties. Then, you will travel to Cai Be via Tra On. During the time, you will be served lunch. After that, local boat will take you to peaceful village along the river bank. Here, you will have a chance to explore local life of people, pop in large orchards and communicate with locals. In late afternoon, you come back to the cruise, relax and contemplate wonderful sunset. Dinner is served on board, and you will stay overnight in Cai Be.

Day 7 – Cai Be Floating Market

In the morning, after having breakfast, you will visit a fruit farm in verdant villages and communicate with friendly local people. Then, the ship continues cruising to Cai Be. On arriving Cai Be, you transfer to a local boat for visiting Cai Be Floating Market, local pop-rice and sweets factories. Also, you will drop by colonial building, old houses, lush garden, local coconut candy and rice paper producing facilities. In the afternoon, you visit Tan Phong Island and discover its tropical fruit orchards. At noon, you will disembark in Cai Be and transfer to Saigon. Your tour ends.
